CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN 20TH ANNIVERSARY EXHIBITION

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of everybody's favorite shoe brand, Christian Louboutin is hosting a small exhibition in Dubai mall, which opened today and will run through to the 5th of April.

The exhibition showcases Christian's favourite pieces from the past 20 years which he will be recreating with a modern twist for a limited edition collection that will go on sale on the 2nd of April. The shoes will even have a special 20th anniversary logo on the red soles.

Last night I got all decked up in my head to toe Diesel outfit (courtesy of Diesel) and headed out in a gorgeous white limousine (which they also sent to pick me up and take me home.. such pampering!!) with my friends to check out the Style Extravaganza event they were holding in collaboration with Grazia Magazine.

MEETING ROKSANDA ILINCIC

Today Boutique 1 hosted a trunk-show for London based designer Roksanda Ilincic and I took the chance to pop in nice and early to have a quick chat with her.

FASHION FILM: L'ODYSSEE DE CARTIER

Cartier released this short film last week in celebration of 165 years of the jewellery house's history. It's a quick journey through Russia, China, India and France led by the famous Cartier panther. It's a pretty cute film but I think what kept me watching was the real panther; I really am a major sucker for all members of the cat family. I can't help it, their paws drive me insane! They’re so cute. Yes I want to own one, yes I know it's crazy and YES you may go ahead and ignore this and just watch the film and admire the jewellery..

NEW IN MY CLOSET: JASON WU X MELISSA SHOES

These are my new babies! A couple of days ago one of my best friends Sawsen surprised me with this gift saying "I couldn't resist buying them, they are so you!" I had no idea what was inside but who am I to not squeal at a new pair of shoes? So a few "OMG you're the best" and/or squeals later, I saw the OWLS.... and I died! Cuteness!

YUMNESS: SOPHIE'S CAFE

I was invited to go check out Sophie's Cafe on The Palm yesterday for lunch and trust me when I tell you this is a place you must go! Insanely good food,  great atmosphere and the friendliest staff. Check out some of the stuff they have to offer and what I ate for lunch.
