Skipping on Polka dots to the New Year..

I'm quite excited about NY, I've gotten a new dress, and still need to do some more shopping for shoes and a clutch.. i suppose the "any excuse to shop" rule applies here..wouldn't you agree?

Another thing i'm VERY excited about.. my new bag courtesy of my parents as a late Graduation/ New job gift.. my very own Alma Vernis in Amarante =D (ps: Mum if you're reading this i LOVE you, and i also really like the Chanel 2.55 haha)

My little sister told me off for not keeping my promise of updating the blog at least every 2 days.. My problem is she was the most devoted blog photographer in the world. and now that i've moved away i hardly ever get any photos of my outfits. I miss you Jona <3

I think one of my 2010 resolutions will be enslaving a friend to take outfit photos... i've got too many resolutions now, Have you made yours?..

Tweedy Tweed..

I know i've been a terrible blogger, amongst many other things, but i have been so consumed with catching up with work that i hardly even have the time to take outfit pictures, which sucks cause i've been sporting some pretty chic new buys haha..
I'm making a pact with myself to not abandon my blog surfing for longer than 2 days at a time, which may mean a little bit of sneaking around the office.

What are you doing for new years?
i just booked my tickets to an Armani sponsored party here in Dubai, super excited, there will be fashion shows, Armani gifts and lots of fashionistas.. which of course means SHOPPING for the perfect NYE dress =D

Looking glass so shiny and new, how quickly the glamor fades..

My life has been so hectic the past two weeks i started out in a new job and have tons of catching up to do..plus events and conferences all this week..i've turned into a grandma who refuses to move after work and ends up asleep when most other people would stat partying.

Went out today and it's been a while since i haven't worn businessy clothes, gotta admit it was fun dressing up..

Setting footprints in the sand..

It's been a crazy week, i started work, had two days off in between for national festivities in Dubai, had my family visit, but all the whilst i've still been reading up on all of your blogs :)

Two days ago me and my family set out for dinner and somehow ended up being in the desert, hence me dressed completely inappropriate for the location, but hey it's those sporadic trips that are always fun.. we also ended up getting our car stuck and waiting 2 hours for the police.. good times haha!!








and of course i had to get on top of the car and pretend to wave for help!! It's weekend here no so i'm off to the beach, hope everyone has a great one =D
